  • Artwork Condition:
    The item must be in original, unused condition. It must be free from any damages, marks, or alterations. All tags and packaging must be intact and included in the return.

  • Timeframe:
    You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain products may be ineligible for return due to their nature, such as custom-made artworks, personalized items, or any items marked as “final sale.” These products will be clearly indicated at checkout.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@quibtopin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • Please package the artwork securely to prevent any damage during return shipping.
    • Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your RMA instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • We recommend using a traceable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to ensure the return item reaches us safely.

  4. Inspection & Refund Process:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process

    Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds:

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the artwork you desire. The return process will follow the same guidelines as outlined above.
