This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, charges, delivery timelines, and other important details to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience when purchasing art from our gallery. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and product availability.
- Standard Shipping:
- Domestic: Delivery within 5-7 business days for orders within the United States.
- International: Delivery within 10-21 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.
- Expedited Shipping:
- Domestic: Delivery within 2-3 business days within the United States.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping:
- Domestic: Next business day delivery within the United States.
- An additional fee for overnight shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping times are estimates and can be subject to delays based on weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This offer applies automatically during checkout for eligible orders.
International Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are based on the destination country and the size/weight of the package. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Order Processing and Handling
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. However, processing times may vary based on product availability and demand.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to track the status of your order directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email or are experiencing issues with tracking your order, please contact us at info@quibtopin.com for assistance.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
6. Shipping Delays
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. If there are any significant delays in shipping, we will notify you promptly and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note that Quibtopin Art Gallery is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues, customs processing, or delivery disruptions.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@quibtopin.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and help you resolve the issue. For damaged items, we may request that you provide photographs of the damaged goods for our records.
In the event of a lost package, we will also work with the carrier to investigate the issue and attempt to locate your shipment.
8. Incorrect or Missing Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot be held liable for packages that are delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@quibtopin.com, and we will make every effort to update your address before shipping.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding potential fees.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an international order.
10. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot modify the shipping address or change the order contents. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions on how to proceed with a return.
